What we did

Four steps.

01

Took control

Took over operations and collections on day one, and lawfully removed 6 squatters.

02

Fixed the building

Removed drug dealing and prostitution activity from the property, treated pest-infested units, upgraded the electrical, and added 2 laundry rooms and a community area.

03

Renovated units

New flooring, paint, fixtures and appliances throughout, renovated kitchens and bathrooms, and fire-damaged space rebuilt into rentable units.

04

Re-leased

Units re-leased to screened renters and housing-program partners, with an on-site manager.
